Well I have news for you..
I start my new job on Monday and I am also moving house next weekend!
Two weeks from now I am going to buy that car that I wanted, so things are really changing for me.
Last night I spoke to my good friend about learning to skydive on my own.. which I have decided to do after winter when the weather gets much warmer!
So things are really looking up for me!
Oh, also my ex messaged me again and I feel in complete control.
I think the second half of 2020 is going to much different and I’m looking forward to it!

My 12 year old has been really great. She loved doing her school work from home over lockdown and in the first week back she got 2 certificates.! She really seems to have a lot more confidence which is all thanks to you. She loved your sessions even though some days she didn’t say a lot.

When Kellee advertised the weight loss programme I was immediately interested to understand how this type of programme could benefit me.

When I was younger I never had to worry about my weight and could eat what I wanted. Now I am older, I have really struggled to find the balance with food and my attention span for diet and exercise was limited to a few days. I was always starting a diet on Monday and blowing my diet by Thursday or Friday.

I was looking to find that balance with the way I eat and to start seeing sustained results rather than yoyo dieting.

I got way more than I bargained for . . . I got a weight loss programme but also sessions on identifying the emotional situations from the past that might be blocking me from moving forward.

Not only have I lost 6.5kg and I am well on my way to achieving my longer term goal, I also understand the negative patterns that I had with emotional eating. I recognised that a lot of the time I was experiencing head hunger and didn’t need all the extra snacks throughout the day.

It doesn’t feel like I have been on a diet, its been about adding simple changes to the way that I look at food and mindful eating. I don’t beat myself up if I go off track a little and if I want a treat, I have a small portion, so there is no feeling of not being allowed to eat my favourite foods.

I am feeling a lot more confident in myself and I trust myself that I can achieve my goals.

I would thoroughly recommend Kellee as a great coach to guide you through this programme, she is upbeat and encouraging, and shares in the journey and celebrates your successes with you.

After 13 months of suffering with Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) after simply spraining my ankle, I was given Kellee’s details to see if she could help me overcome the ongoing pain and discomfort I was feeling.
CRPS had taken me from being fit and active to being unable to do the simplest physical activity without enduring differing levels of pain.
I gained weight, flirted with depression and had nearly lost hope of ever returning to ‘normal’.

Working with Kellee over 8 weeks, I am virtually discomfort and pain free with tools now to build on getting stronger and back to my old self.
I really appreciated Kellee’s encouragement, enthusiasm, expertise and her ability to cater for online evening sessions so I wasn’t having to take more time out from work.

My fear of flying had developed gradually from my early twenties to the point where I was stressing days in advance. I had an amazing trip organised with some friends that involved numerous long flights. Weeks in advance I started to stress about how I was going to manage this, let alone enjoy it. I wanted to be able to get on the plane and feel excited not petrified. 

I went to see Kellee to address my fear of flying. I had two sessions where I learnt how to relax and self hypnotize. As follow up to these sessions I regularly listened to the soothing recordings Kellee made for me. When the date of departure arrived I felt able to get on the plane with confidence and anticipation. I managed the flight so positively, even with turbulence. I was able to stay relaxed and in control. Even now, two years later, if I start to feel slightly anxious before getting on a plane I listen to Kellee’s recording and am able to relax.  I love to travel and am so grateful to Kellee for helping make this a positive experience.

I suffered from high levels of anxiety sometimes in the evening, and occasionally they would become full blown panic attacks. Since seeing Kellee I haven’t had any panic attacks, and the rare times I feel anxious, I have been able to manage this feeling and calm down.

On Sunday night I stayed overnight at a friends place, with her two dogs.  Now that might seem a reasonably normal thing to do however until just six months ago, I was so frightened of dogs that I wouldn’t have even gone up the driveway.  In just one session, Kellee walked me through my fear and I’m forever grateful; my life has opened up.  Thanks Kellee.
